Cuming R.A.
Fred Cuming is described as a subtle colourist and specialises in landscapes in Britain and on the continent. He studied at Sidcup School of Art, 1945-49, the Royal College of Art, 1951-55 and won an Abbey Minor Travelling Scholarship, which took him to Italy. Cuming was elected an R.A. in 1974 has had many mixed and solo exhibitions and his work is held in a number of British public galleries including the National Museum of Wales, Cardiff and the Monte Carlo Museum.
